SERVE
using a heavy based pan, combine red pepper curry, coconut milk and chicken
thighs, simmer until well cooked and tender. Serve with rice, coriander
and lime wedge. (serves six)

red peppers, shallots, chilli, ginger, garlic, lemon grass, coriander,
kapi, fish sauce, kaffir lime leaf, palm sugar, white pepper.

combine tandoori marinade and yoghurt. Add six 200gram portions of fish
and marinate for 45mins. Bake at medium-high heat until cooked. Serve
