David Selex is the creative force behind the recent success and continued evolution of The Sugar Club restaurant.

David joined The Sugar Club as Senior Sous Chef in June’98 and assumed the position of Head Chef one year later. With typical gusto, David set about building a strong kitchen team, and instilling his culinary vision with passion and generosity.
