We are able to design our recipes using
the freshest, seasonal ingredients that are often weird and wonderful. Superbly
executed traditional cocktails rub shoulders with new classics from a blood
orange Vodka Martini to a wasabi and lemongrass-studded Bloody Mary to a Hokey
Pokey home made honey-comb 'liquid dessert'. The cocktail list reflects both
our eclectic menu and more importantly, the international experiences of our
staff.
